The option start_kiosk=yes disables the
cheatcode prompt so that a user can NOT interact with the PE.
The option start_kioskVM=yes autostarts the
VM in R:\machines\pbox\pbox.vmx
A t the moment this is hardcoded - will be changed in next release.
