Optional loader for dotnet and related VMware apps.
It knows two modes : setup and run

What does the esx-bandit.exe do ?

It installs dotnet framework 2 , powershell and related apps once
and packs the additional files in such a way that you can carry them around easily.
In regular use it then hot-adds this apps to your running MOA.

A working ESX-bandit-addon so is a bundle of three files: esx-bandit.exe and two wim-archives.

You can download esx-bandit.exe but YOU must create the wim-archives yourself.
It is essential to understand that this 3 files are first of all optional -
second they must be used in the combination in which they were created.

syntax  
/setup tries to run setup without asking first
/silent run mode - patches MOA to enable dotnet2
run same as before
no argument asks if you want to install now

 

 

 

You can start "setup-mode" by simply double-clicking the esx-bandit.exe from any path.

 

 

You can initiate "run mode" by calling esx-bandit.exe with "/silent" or "run".
If you put it in recommended path - which is along with the two wims into the _sfx_ directory you can simply type esx-bandit run.


 


Do not mix versions -
consult this table and select the esx-bandit.exe version that
fits the version number of the apps you want to use
